New developments are coming in 2023. We are so excited and pumped for this new year! We have many things in store to really empower women to thrive and make an impact in the work they do, and most importantly, help you bring your unique genius to the world.  

In today’s episode, we want to set the tone for the year ahead with our words for 2023. Also, at the end of last year, we asked our members to let us know what they most want out of the new year and their careers and businesses. We found out the real needs that our female business owners, freelancers, creators, and side hustlers are facing.

The results were amazingly insightful so let’s dive in to find out the exciting changes it inspired for GrowGetters.

Our word for 2023

Moment: I have a tendency to always look ahead. It’s great to have your eyes on the prize and if it wasn’t for goal setting, we wouldn’t have gotten GrowGetters to where it is today. However, I do want to take more moments to enjoy the journey. Because the journey is actually so fun and so thrilling. That’s where so much of the treasure comes from. The actual journey to getting towards your goals.

Value: It comes down to what I do, the value I put on my time and it’s really coming back to what’s really important to me. I want to add value to whatever I put my energy into in 2023, including projects, and studies. I want to really make sure that each year is useful and is moving us forward and moving me forward spiritually, emotionally, career-wise, money-wise, and family-wise.

New outlook for the GrowGetters Club

We spent October and November of 2022 doing a lot of research with our audience. Through dozens of Zoom interviews and a survey, we understood the problems our audience is encountering. 

This is what we found out and what brought us to our new outlook for 2023. These brilliant women want more freedom and flexibility in their working lives. They desire more time to work on the things that matter and move the needle in their businesses. They also want the ability to reach and help more people with the work they do while sustaining a regular income. 

Our research also showed that these women wanted ongoing support and accountability by being an awesome circle of like-minded women. They also talked about the importance of regular coaching as well as guidance to tap into our expertise in developing products and digital businesses.

Based on what we learned from these amazing women, we’ve used these powerful insights to help us shape the next generation of the GrowGetters Club, our virtual membership for women in digital business. 

New developments for GrowGetters

It is no secret that there is such a huge volume of content out there. And it can honestly feel really overwhelming. We knew with the club we had to cut through all of that noise and clutter to provide a proven program of content that really doesn’t waste your time. Our content uses your time wisely and efficiently by allocating set blocks to support you to do rather than simply passively learn.

This is why we strived to get new developments for 2023. We will be restructuring the club in a way that focuses on the things that matter and provides ongoing support and accountability that’s necessary to get that balance, flexibility, freedom, and income regularity in your life. We believe that having at least one scalable digital product in your business or career mix is fundamental to achieving this.

We also believe that every single one of you is an expert in your field, and you have the potential to turn your unique genius into a digital, scalable, skills-based product that can reach, educate, and help people from all over the world.

We are also going to be opening up a new Discord community called GrowGetters Lab. This community is for experimenters everywhere. And by experimenters, we mean female entrepreneurs and career women that actively try, test, and experiment with their ideas. This is a really safe space to share what you’ve been testing so we can really learn from each other and learn how to conduct these experiments or tests in the right ways.

Guest expert podcast interviews

As an additional feature, we are going to be opening up our guest expert podcast interviews to the community for free to listen in and have the exclusive opportunity to ask our guest experts anything. We will also be dropping our own live podcast episodes and Q&A on the channel where you can also ask.

Strategy of a Day

What we’ve seen from the coaching work we do with startups and accelerator programs is that there is a need to go a bit deeper on a specific topic.
