We're living and competing in a world where industries are turned on their heads overnight, and organisations must continually evolve in order to innovate and remain relevant. Our hypothesis is that the key to unlocking your organisation's creativity, out-of-the box thinking, and radical problem-solving lies with your most valuable and precious asset: your female talent.
Tiffany and Tanya have built careers in some of the most cutting edge fields of digital business, in Australia, UK, US, Netherlands and Germany. Together they have acquired sought-after skills in digital strategy, venture design, marketing, design thinking, and innovation.
Their joint passion in seeing women lead in business has led to undertaking this research study for the Digital Transformation Masters Program at Hochschule Muenchen (Munich University of Applied Sciences).
