Careers that have seen us found thriving startup businesses that raised 250k Euro from none other than Peter Davison, one of PayPal’s first investors, that saw us selected to be accelerated by Startupbootcamp Amsterdam and scored us a mention among “Forbes Top 100 Female Founders”. Cue: Tiffany

Leadership journeys that have added “Cannes Lion Grand Prix Winner” to our collection, made us proud design thinking practitioners and have been driving the digital strategy for some of the world’s leading brands. Cue: Tanya

We are both living proof of a multi-passionate life that taps into the many facets of our individual genius. And we feel so lucky to get to do it together everyday.

By tapping into the priceless insights from our award-winning digital careers

How do we do that?

A chance encounter over a coffee order quickly uncovered more than our go-to caffeine fix.

It showed that we had PLENTY in common and saw us work together at one of Germany’s leading communications consultancies shortly after. Tanya as Digital Strategy Director, Tiffany as Director of Digital Transformation.

And the longer we worked together, bounced ideas off each other and completed each other’s sentences, the more were we called to start a joint passion project.

Something that aligned with both our values, leveraged our complementary skills and helped us see women rise and excel in their respective fields.

Unfortunately, women’s voices are still underrepresented in today’s startup and business world.

GrowGetters is our way to fill the void and offer a relevant alternative to the often male-dominated perspective on the digital economy.
