[03:02] Keltie describes her journey. For most of her professional career she worked in sales and advertising, and then in 2011 started her career as an entrepreneur in her jewellery business.

[04:18] Keltie shares a brief story about when she joined an event and they were asked to write down everything that they loved about their business which she was struggling to answer. 

[06:06] There were a lot of ups and downs which made Keltie and her German husband decide to move to Germany, and eventually she decided to close the business.

[07:30] “One thing I recognize in navigating this indecision around whether I should close the company and how to fix these challenges I was having is, there was so much of what are other people gonna think” 

[08:24] Keltie recognized lack of clarity as a challenge, after talking to different business owners and shared light bulb moments about clarity which are.

Keltie spent 15 years in various sales roles, as well as several years designing and running her own jewellery line and business called K Leanne designs. She’s originally from Vancouver, Canada, and has also resided in Sydney, Australia. And she credits her ability to embrace change as one of the keys to creating a life that is varied, colourful, and purposeful. Keltie is based in Munich and is a friend of the pod. We’ve had Keltie on multiple times because she’s just so damn good at what she does and what she shares!
