[07:03] Renata wants to spend the last 10-15 years of her career making a big difference through democratizing human skills.
[08:34] For the younger demographic, Maxme launched digitized products for the digital natives of this generation.
[09:09] They also run a school program for year ten to prepare the students for employability and skill they need in the future to succeed.
[10:47] From doing market research and asking students and employers, they found the core skills that differentiated people from each other and that made a difference.

[11:38] Another skill is the ability to communicate with impact.
[12:22] Being able to work with others or team collaboration.
[13:18] Being able to lean into complexity and not be afraid to get it wrong.

[17:42] IT workforces are the lowest human skills and high in technical skills. And what will happen over time is it’s not going to serve companies.
[18:12] For university students, group work or team assignments are the most woeful experience because no one knows how to work well together.
[19:43] Step one to building your human skill game is the willingness to do it.
[20:23] Step two is to take on that reflection and reflect on what’s going on for you or working well for you.

[23:00] Having a positive impact on your mindset will mean that you’re more likely to be confident in the way you do things.
