Hello, GrowGetters! In 2019, we wanted something that summed up the kind of women we are and the kind of women we wanted to connect with – positive, ambitious, always ready to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Fast forward to 2022, the podcast is now funded as a content startup, founded as an international mastermind for women, GrowGetters Club. Plus, we’ve also developed programs and content for organizations, corporates, and government bodies. Through our own business trajectory, our individual personal growth, and the journeys of our global listeners and our club members today, being a GrowGetter means so much more.

We define a GrowGetter as someone who turns their genius and passion into products people love. They do it to create a multi-hyphenate, multi-passionate career, or business with a purpose. What We Realized

We interviewed hundreds of women over the past 12 months, including our listeners, and our amazing GrowGetters Club members. And what we’ve realized is that these women are all highly skilled. They’ve also burned down and they’re looking for more in their professional lives. They’re looking for more flexibility, more time, more passion, and more purpose.
